利用規約

本規約は、Fovune（以下「当方」）が提供するAndroidゲーム「WARIBASHI」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。
利用許諾
ユーザーは、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で本アプリを利用できます。本アプリの解析、改変、再配布、不正な購入・広告報酬・ゲーム結果の取得、サービス運営を妨害する行為は禁止します。
仮想アイテムとゲーム内購入
「有料の割りばし」等の仮想アイテムは、現金、電子マネーその他の財産的価値へ交換できません。20本・80本・220本の商品は消耗型で、ゲーム開始時に無料分から先に消費されます。価格と購入処理はGoogle Playに表示される内容が優先されます。
WARIBASHI v1.0の未使用有料残高は端末内に保存されます。アプリのアンインストール、ストレージ消去、端末故障・交換等により失われることがあり、再インストールや別端末での完全な復元は保証されません。法令またはGoogle Playの規定により必要な場合を除き、消費済み商品の再付与は行いません。
支払い・キャンセル・返金
購入はGoogle Play Billingを通じて行われ、Google Playの規約と返金方針が適用されます。支払いが保留、拒否またはキャンセルされた場合、仮想アイテムは付与されません。不正・重複付与を防ぐため、購入状態を端末内で確認する場合があります。
リワード広告
配布版でリワード広告が有効な場合、広告を最後まで視聴して所定の完了通知が確認されたときにのみ無料アイテムを付与します。通信、在庫、回数制限その他の理由により広告を利用できない場合があります。広告報酬は現金等へ交換できません。
共有機能
共有機能の利用は任意です。共有先と内容を確認する責任はユーザーにあり、共有先サービスの規約が適用されます。共有によるゲーム内報酬はありません。
提供内容の変更・停止
当方は、保守、安全性、法令対応またはサービス改善のため、本アプリの機能、バランス、提供条件を変更または停止することがあります。ユーザーの法定の権利を制限するものではありません。
免責・責任制限
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。適用法令で認められる範囲で、通信障害、端末故障、互換性、データ消失、第三者サービスの停止等により生じた損害について当方は責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重過失その他法令上制限できない責任を除きます。
準拠・お問い合わせ

These terms govern use of the Android game WARIBASHI provided by Fovune.
License
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, fraudulently obtain purchases, ad rewards, or game results, or interfere with operation of the service.
Virtual items and in-app purchases
Virtual items such as paid chopsticks cannot be exchanged for money or other property. The 20, 80, and 220 stick packs are consumable products. Free sticks are consumed before paid sticks when a game starts. Prices and purchase terms shown by Google Play control.
In WARIBASHI v1.0, unused paid balance is stored locally on the device. It may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app storage is cleared, or the device is lost, damaged, or replaced. Complete restoration after reinstall or on another device is not guaranteed. Consumed products are not re-granted except where required by law or Google Play policy.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play terms and refund policies. No virtual item is granted while a payment is pending, declined, or canceled. The app may process purchase state locally to prevent fraud and duplicate grants.
Rewarded advertising
When rewarded ads are enabled, free virtual items are granted only after the required viewing and completion callback. Ads may be unavailable because of connectivity, inventory, daily limits, or other conditions. Rewards have no cash value.
Sharing
Sharing is optional. You are responsible for reviewing the destination and content, and the destination service's terms apply. Sharing does not grant an in-game reward.
Changes and availability
We may change or suspend features, balance, or availability for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product improvement. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Fovune is not responsible for loss caused by connectivity, device failure, compatibility, local data loss, or interruption of third-party services. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
